A spiritual atmosphere can be felt emanating from Shapira's works, inviting the viewer to gaze deeply inward.
Were it possible to speak of ethical action in painting or an ethical painting, in itself, it would appear that Shapira's painting belongs to those categories; from his deep commitment to painting, through to his consistency and the conceptual aspects arising from his work.
